Online Purchase, Delivery & Returns Policy

Please ensure that you have read and fully understood the terms and conditions laid out prior to purchasing any products from Sugardoh, LLC. The terms “Sugardoh”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sugardoh, LLC. By using www.sugardoh.co (the “Site”) and placing an order, indicates you have accepted these online purchase, delivery and returns terms and conditions below.
Online Purchase Terms & Conditions. Our website service permits you to purchase products made available to you on this Site. These purchases can be made and are permitted strictly pursuant to the terms and conditions set out below. Your purchase order cannot be accepted until payment in full for the products ordered has been received by us at which time a legally binding agreement on the terms set out herein will become effective. You may purchase products on the Site only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale and you accept our General Terms and Conditions. SUGARDOH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT EXPLANATION.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not for any reason, authorize payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, or alerts us to a ‘warning that this transaction has been identified as potentially high risk’, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Price & Payment. The price to be paid by you for any Products will be as quoted on our Site except in cases of obvious error. Our prices do not include VAT.
Returns. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To place a return, Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest. Just a reminder, if you are returning a gift, make sure to have the order number or email address of the person who purchased the order.
If an item is returned due to defect or through any fault of Sugardoh, we will refund your purchase price in full. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of any damages. We will gladly replace damaged or broken items promptly. If you were gifted Sugardoh, you can return your items for store credit. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with the gifter's first and last name, email address, and the products you’d like to return or exchange. The gifter won’t be notified of any changes.
You will be subject to the policies in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies before we send you the invoice.
