Stubborn hairs left behind

Move more slowly when scooping your wax. 

You want the sugar to wrap itself around the hair follicles during your scoop.

Scoop multiple times. 

Mold the wax multiple times over the hair to get the best traction.

Keep your hand/applicator/strip close to your skin when flicking. 

Try almost grazing the tip of your skin as you flick. If you lift your applicator up and away from your body, you’ll break the sugar connection (and you don’t want that).
